Job description / Role
Client is looking for General Manager having worked with a major distributor for the past 5-8 years in a Senior level management position within FMCG having had exposure to the distributors P&L.
Total years of experience is a minimum of 15.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree
* Fluent in Arabic (mother tongue) & English
* 5-8 years of sales experience in a reputable multinational
* 2-3 years experience in a senior sales position in a big distributor
* 2-3 years as senior management position in a distributor with P&L knowledge
* Strong Sales & negotiation skills
* Experience working in KSA & Egypt
* Ability to manage and achieve key performance indicators
* Proven track record of delivering results in a highly competitive environment
