Job description / Role
Currently recruiting for an experienced Division Manager to join a leading regional F&B company, based in Kuwait.
Client is looking for the candidate to have a minimum of 15 years experience in the sales and distribution field, with multinational/ large regional FMCG companies. Ideally the candidate will have at least 7 years' experience with a leading distribution company in a senior management role within KSA & Egypt.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree
* Fluent in Arabic (mother tongue) & English
* 5-8 years of sales experience in a reputable multinational
* 2-3 years experience in a senior sales position in a big distributor
* 2-3 years as senior management position in a distributor with P&L knowledge
* Strong Sales & negotiation skills
* Experience working in KSA & Egypt
* Ability to manage and achieve key performance indicators
* Proven track record of delivering results in a highly competitive environment
