Our client is one is one of the Top FMCG Companies Globally with a very strong presence in the region. Currently seeking an experience Division Head
Candidate will have company accountability & responsibility looking after the Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance and Admin/HR divisions. Will have full P&L accountability with a reporting line to the General Manager GCC.
Dealing with existing and new distribution channels, Sales strategies and analysis, marketing strategies, revenue stream and maximisation and expansion of product and profits and Develop brand new Business Alliances strategically.
Requirements
- 15-20 years’ experience in sales and distribution field with multinational or regional FMCG companies
- At least 7-10 years’ experience with a leading distribution companies ( Egypt or KSA Markets) in a senior management role.
- P&L accountability
- Drive profitable growth
- Build strategic business alliances ( business development abilities)
- Turn around performance and culture
- Enhance organizational Talent
Candidate must be degree educated.
