Divisional Training Manager - H&M - Kuwait

As Divisional Training Manager for H&M Kuwait, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of learning and development solutions across the brand. You will liaise with the Divisional HR Business Partner and Divisional Management team to develop and implement a business aligned approach to training whilst ensuring the continuous building of organisational capability.

Your other responsibilities will include:
* Managing, mentoring, and motivating your training team
* Identifying training and development needs
* Liaising closely with Corporate and Regional L&D and the Talent Management Team in order to create and implement training solutions
* Regularly evaluating and improving upon training programmes, in line with business requirements.

Requirements

In order to qualify for this role, you must possess a minimum of 8 years' cumulative experience working in senior training management roles / consultancy and have previously managed Training and Development functions for a large commercial organisation (preferably in the Retail industry).
