eCommerce Officer - Mothercare - Kuwait

This is especially important for new parents, unversed in the technicalities of products such as baby-feeding equipment, cotbeds, pushchairs and car seats.

As a Content Officer (also known as an "eCommerce Officer") for Mothercare Online, you will be responsible for the effective management of the product catalogue content to support the on time launch for new product ranges in the online operating markets for the brand. The candidate will undertake the management of the translation team to support delivery of localised product and site content to agreed business deadlines.

Your other responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Collecting, processing and communicating relevant data in a timely manner, prioritising where necessary
* Creating and maintaining accurate files and reports as well as critical path planning for new season launches
* Reviewing and making recommendations for change in all processes regarding the end-to-end content process to continuously improve efficiency
* Ensuring the department complies with company and local market policies, as well as legal policies, procedures and guidelines
* Developing internal and external relationships to benefit the business
* Coaching and mentoring the team, setting goals, and developing individuals on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

* 1 - 3 years' experience in an eCommerce content or product catalogue content role
* Retail experience and commercial acumen
* Excellent English language skills
* Advanced MS Excel knowledge and analytical thinking skills
* The ability to motivate and influence team and individuals
* Self-motivation and the desire to grow within the team.
