Elevator Maintenance Manager

Job description / Role

- To finalize contract program in conjunction with the Elevators Managers.
- Carry out maintenance planning that is consistent with the division strategy.
- Direct the field operations in order to meet the department’s contractual obligations on time & within the budget.
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
- Participate in business reengineering projects designed to improve maintenance efficiency.
- To confirm the accuracy of job in repair of elevators and escalators under maintenance.
- To ensure a proper Material Management.
- Lead & motivate the staff in elevators in order to maximize each individual’s contribution to achieving the Company’s business objectives whilst promoting employee’s development & job satisfaction.
- Managing overall function of the Company assets, principal agency agreements, & potential market.
- Adopt a leading role with respect to the Company’s Quality and Safety Procedures and provide assistance if required.
- To reduce the breakdown in the machineries.
- Controlling of the testing and maintenance of the Elevators & Escalators

Requirements

- To execute the maintenance of elevators & escalators contractual obligations of elevators department on time to budget.
- Whilst at all times ensuring the profitability and customer satisfaction is maximized.
