Job description / Role
Manage the office of the CEO; organize schedule, calendar, documents and files; follow-up on implementation of tasks, projects; interact with different professionals internally and externally; communicate with influential individuals; coordinate among key players within the organization; assist in preparation of proposals in both English and Arabic; research data and compile information to be shared within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proficient user in Office applications.
- Strong research skills
- Solid experience in a similar role.
- Presentable with strong communication skills
- Commitment and dedication with project oriented mentality
