General Manager

Job description / Role

We are reputed and vibrant Lebanese Casual Dining restaurant located in Salmiyah, known for our exquisite menu, exceptional service and inviting ambience and we have become a favorite dining destination for locals and visitors alike. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team and lead our restaurant to new heights.

Salary:
KWD 1,700 to 1,900 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
