Job description / Role

A leading Bank in Kuwait is searching for a candidate with at least 9 years of related banking experience to act as an Executive Manager of OPS Corporate Operations. This individual will manage a number of sections, deliver work in line with SLA's, regulations and best practice, manage performance, budgets and implement cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Divisional Strategy Contribute to divisional strategy through aligning activities with divisional strategy and business plans.
- Policy & Processes Define and implement ABK and divisional policies, processes and structures.
- Corporate Governance Ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory or legal frameworks.
- Risk Management Identify manage, mitigate and report on risk and potential risk in divisional activities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in relevant or equivalent discipline.
- At least 9 years In banking sector, with experience in financial control and cost management.
