Head of Digital Marketing - CRM - Kuwait

Integrating brand offers and customer incentives into a loyalty scheme to drive sales and build customer retention is a primary goal. Alshaya intends to lead in that innovation and is seeking the right talent to be a part of that success.

The Head of Digital within the CRM team will develop and deliver the Alshaya Group digital strategy and overall digital presence. You will be responsible for the design and architecture of all websites and supporting technologies including management and policing of all supporting training and software development. You will convert brand plans and sales targets into specific digital marketing services campaigns and support the group P&L objectives from a digital services platform.

Specifically you will:
* Create and lead the digital strategy for all brands across all territories
* Lead and manage a team of digital experts and leverage internal technical resources to achieve objectives
* Act as chief architect of Alshaya's digital presence and its brands across web, social and mobile, designing traffic flow between platforms, working with CRM to regulate the volume and regularity of content and communications
* Be responsible for marketing automation processes, SEO and SEM technology, ratings and marketing intelligence activities
* Ensure all digital platforms are coordinated and aligned to sales goals supporting the eCommerce marketing needs and maximising sales opportunities whilst aligning digital and physical retail policies and procedures.

Requirements

* At least 5 years' experience in digital technology and social networking
* Substantial marketing experience, preferably in retail or FMCG industry
* Expert knowledge of online marketing tools, website and social media architecture, analytical tools and traffic measurement programmes
* Ability to interpret highly complex series of data and apply commercially to on line multi-brand campaigns
* Strong leadership, motivational and project management skills.

You will also possess a passion for exploring emerging technologies, with the ability to recognise and assess technological trends and build relevant and applicable strategies for business needs.
