Salary KD 2600/- all inclusive + yearly ticket and medical
On behalf of our client, a Kuwait based Construction Contracting company operating internationally, we are looking to recruit an experienced Arab or Indian Educated Head of Finance for their operations based in Kuwait.
Reporting to CFO, you will manage the preparation of operational, project and capital budgets, monitor actual performance and identify variances, recommend strategies and alternative options to resolve problems, review operational plans and different levels of budgets and ensure that information presented in budgets is realistic, feasible and attainable.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelors degree with specialization in Finance/Accounting, and ideally a professional qualification such as CA, CMA, CIMA, or CPA , and have a minimum of 10 years experience of which 6 years within a construction or contracting industry.
You should have a strong technical finance experience, leadership, management and communication skills and the intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo to help improve the business.
