Head of Marketing - Debenhams - Kuwait

As a the Head of Marketing for Debenhams, your primary focus will be on the development and delivery of Debenhams brand positioning across the Alshaya network which includes the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. Your highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills will assist you in ensuring appropriate market positioning, effective brand development and suitable marketing collateral across each region. This role will see you liaising and working across the UK host brand and Brand teams.

Additionally, this role will see you focusing on:
* Building and developing a commercially, creative and customer centric marketing team
* Establishing communication guidelines for trading the brand - MENA (Middle East North Africa) best practice
* Maintaining up-to-date customer, market and competitive insight to enable effective targeting
* Budget and cost management
* Working across all marketing areas to define and deliver new propositions, including traditional PR, social media, digital platform, traditional media and CSR
* Taking a key role in the business leadership of the Debenhams brand in Alshaya, and being accountable for Brand positioning across the Alshaya network.

Requirements

Proven department store experience and the ability to build, develop and implement successful strategies and marketing campaigns across a diverse range of areas will be essential for this role. On top of this, strong analytical skills and the ability to mentor, build and develop highly effective teams will provide you the foundations of success within this power brand within Alshaya.
