Job description / Role
Head of Mechanical (HVAC) to join my clients design section as their current person has retired. The Head of HVAC will be reporting to the Head of MEP. Must have a BSc in mechanical engineering. Minimum of 15 years commercial experience (post grad) Prior experience of working in the middle east would be an advantage but not mandatory.
The successful candidate will come from a consultancy background not a main contract background.
They are looking to have a new person who would be able to:
• Lead the function and contribute to the overall division. (Responsible for his departmental P&L, Projects and Operation)
• Deliver best design services, with a proven record / past accomplishments in his area.
• BIM expert with proven track record
• Lead, coach and mentor his team
Requirements
Remuneration:
• Cash Salary: KD 3,200 - 3500
• Family Status: Medical and Annual Tickets for him and his wife
• Life Insurance for him
• Mobilization and Demobilization Tickets
• Relocation allowance of KD 1500
• Annual Leave: 30 working days
• 14 night in a hotel upon arrival or 30 days in a furnished apartment
• Notice period / probation as per Kuwait Labor Law
