Job vacancy: Homeroom Teacher Elementary & Reading Specialist
Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait
Start date: Immediate
Salary: 735 KWD tax free salary

• Organizes the classroom and learning resources and displays behaviour to encourage a positive learning environment;
• Plans, Prepares and Presents lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class;
• Maintains good student behaviour, both in and out of the homeroom, and to promote the values of respect, responsibility and relationships.
• Motivates Students with enthusiastic and imaginative presentations
• Maintains discipline within the classroom

Requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree of Education
• TESOL/TOEFL/CELTA are desirable certifications

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years teaching experienceTeaches all subjects of the specific grade level curriculum;
• Liaise, as necessary, with the HRTs, Subject Specialists and Teacher Assistants to discuss and review the planned activities each day as per the curriculum
• Participates, as a member of the grade level team of teachers, in devising long-term and short-term plans and to ensure that the plans are agreed by the grade level team.
