HR Officer

Job description / Role

- Responsible for Payroll explanation & clarification to Tenders Staff.
- Responsible for Overtime query (calculation, Pay Time).
- Responsible for Kuwaitis Monthly Time Sheet.
- Responsible to provide Data & Documents (work Permit, Residence Copy, Photos, Leave Balance, Sick Leave, absence, PIFSS Contribution…)
- Prepare warning letters, salary certificates and other correspondence as required.
- Prepare PIFSS for Kuwaiti staff (registration, update, cancellation).
- Prepare MGRP letters.
- Prepare Kuwaitis MOSAL Contracts.
- Disburse Pay Slip & cash salaries to Staff.
- Explain to Staff about KAICO Policies and HRD Rules & Forms.
- Orient staff about Kuwait Labor Law, Traffic Law, and other related violations.
- Coordinate with Project Executive, Tenders Supervisors & HR team to solve any issue or problem.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employees’ records.
- Carry out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as requested by the Division Manager/Management.

Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in related field.
- Bilingual (good English & Arabic communication skills)
- Transferable visa #18
- Has valid Kuwait driver's license.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure.
- Available immediately
- Work location is in Ahmadi
