In-House Lawyer

Job description / Role

One of the leading companies in Kuwait is looking for an In-House Lawyer to join their established Legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review, draft & negotiate commercial contracts
* Provide Legal advice to the business
* Identify legal and commercial risks to the business
* Advise on regulatory and corporate governance matters
* Legal reporting

Requirements

Key requirements:

* 2-8 years PQE
* Must be common law qualified (preferably UK)
* Must have worked in both Private Practice and In-House
* Must have experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
* Ideally have experience with TMT / IP
* Must live in Kuwait or be willing to relocate
