Most recently our Infrastructure Division was the first in the Middle East and the second in the world to have been presented ISO 9001 - 2015 Certification and now in Kuwait, we are seeking an exceptionally talented Infrastructure Manager who can provide key technical expertise at different stages of multiple infrastructure projects to continue the highest technical quality of delivery.

This critical role has significant growth potential and will partner with our Project Managers and Project Directors for business development, quality management and the technical development of key talent within the Infrastructure Branch.

- Managing internal multi-discipline design teams working on infrastructure projects to ensure cost effective, quality and timely input.
- Managing external consultants to ensure cost effective, quality and timely input.
- Preparing design programs based on detailed work breakdown structures for projects.
- Preparing cost & time based progress reports for design projects.
- Preparing and present project reports and presentations for internal & external clients.
- Preparing technical proposals for submission to external parties.
- Preparing cost estimates for infrastructure design projects.
- Assisting in Business Development for the Infrastructure Department.

Requirements

We would envision that you would be 12 to 15 years into your career with a Bachelors or Masters in a related Engineering discipline. 3 years of which would be in a similar role where you have been managing multiple engineering design projects.

A Professional Engineer certification would be highly regarded.

Fluency in Arabic would be a distinct advantage.
