International Tax Manager

Job description / Role

- Advising companies on the international tax repercussions of their operations
- Analyze information and prepare practical and creative methods custom-made to a client\'s tax situation
- Take the lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans
- Assist with generating new business opportunities and building client relationships
- Offer tax structuring services and prepare tax memos
- Attend ERP system projects particularly SAP implementation projects
- Identify and sell opportunities for tax planning and other special services.
- Help people to develop through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff

Requirements

- International tax exposure is a must
- Advanced understanding of increasingly complex tax concepts and application of tax knowledge to client situations
- A minimum of four or five years of relevant tax experience, or equivalent experience preferably coming from a Big 4 background
- Holding an LLM, a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or a professional certification like ACCA, CPA, CFA etc.
- Outbound investment exposure is a must (preferably within European markets)
- Strong managerial, organizational, project management, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
