This fast-paced and diverse business environment provides unique challenges. In addition to this is the continued expansion of the business and the need for divisions such as IT to change, develop and stay ahead to better serve both our customers and our internal stakeholders.

Working as an IT Business Partner provides the opportunity for experienced IT Business Partners & IT Business Relationship Managers with at least 3 years experience in a related field to work as internal consultants identifying new solutions and liaising with business leaders to shape ideas into robust Digital, CRM, Omni-Channel and E-Commerce solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for talented individuals that can drive innovation in Digital Solutions with experience in CRM, E-commerce and mobility working within a fast-paced and demanding environment. You will evaluate and recommend solutions and support project managers in the execution and delivery. You will own the relationships with senior business stakeholders within our diverse business.

With nearly 90 brands operating over multiple countries this is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse digital solutions, CRM, Omni-channel and eCommerce, mobility and social projects on an international scale. If you have the Business Relationship, communication, influencing and team leadership skills to deliver results on a large scale then this role could see you at the forefront of change management for one of the region's leading retail franchise operators.
