Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting the Project Director of the Programme You will be responsible for the following:
- Communicate actively with the designated Programme leadership and business group technical team on their business requirements, strategic IT direction and project initiatives
- Serve as the IT leader for this major programme and interface with enterprise wide IT teams
- Assists in building IT interface business requirements and communicating these back to IT
- Participates in on-site proposal efforts regarding IT requirements and responses
- Participates on new projects as a consultant to work through IT sub-contracts, infrastructure needs, IT staff required for the project or any other IT needs to set up this new project or major programme

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 15 years of progressive work experience, with 10 years as an IT Manager or comparable
- Understanding of the engineering & construction (E&C) and programme management consulting industry
- Understanding of business applications such as Windows, CAD, 3D Design, Project Management software
- Ability to communicate with all levels of Programme staff, including senior level executives and management levels of the business organization
- Understanding of corporate and business IT enterprise infrastructure
- Exposure to and understanding of proposal efforts and project mobilization activities
- Highly desired to have direct knowledge of the engineering & construction business within CH2M

Preferred Qualifications
- Existing, excellent relationships with CH2M business management are highly desired
- Middle East experience preferred, but not required

A Visa will be required to work in Kuwait.
