Job description / Role
JOB PROFILE:
• Manage the system hardware, operating systems, software and procedures that adhere to the firm’s value and goals.
• Manage all the IT teams and all other aspects of projects through its entire lifecycle.
• Drive roll out of new IT-related initiatives and projects in alignment with the related stakeholder and ensure the success of technology change management efforts.
• Continually monitor and review the business side effectiveness of the current IT system and seek improvements.
• Should be able to communicate the goals and missions in a managerial hierarchy.
• Should have experience in negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure providing solutions to the company with the required quality and cost specified on time.
• Should be able to manage Teams and other IT projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Should act as a liaison between business and technology.
• Should be able to motivate all the team members to ensure the optimization of their competencies and enhance the expansion of business at all levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
EDUCATION:
• B.Tech from a reputed Engineering College.
• BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
EXPERIENCE:
• Proven experience as an IT Manager for 7+ years in UAE.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
• Strong Knowledge and hands-on experience in LINUX systems.
• Strong knowledge in PHP, Phyton and SQL database.
• Expertise in data center management.
• Ability to manage personnel.
