Job description / Role
Our client is a leading developer and operator of shopping malls throughout the Middle East Region.
At present, our client is looking to recruit a Leasing Director to be based in Kuwait.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing business strategy of acquiring right business partners (tenants) and Corporate Business Services across geographies
• Identify potential tenants as per the tenant mix strategy to maximise tenant occupancy and negotiate leases to increase profitability
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and executive leasing deals across the company operations
Requirements
The successful candidate will be degree qualified in Business Administration, Master's in Business Administration (MBA would be preferred)
Possess a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience within property management and real estate services
Minimum of 5 years' of experience in a managerial position
