Job description / Role
My Client is an international consultancy who specialise in drilling and completions working and due to expansion require a Lifting Supervisor for the lifting operations on site. The Lifting Supervisor for the lifting operations will be based in the Staging area and will go between warehouse, piping yard and client offices
The Lifting Supervisor for Lifting operations will report to the Operations Manager and will be required for a 12 month renewable contract on a call of agreement. They will be required to:
• Coordinate all lifting acidities in accordance to the lifting plans
• Brief all Crane operators, riggers and banksmen on the lifting plan
• Implement risk control measures and lifting procedures
• Participate in audits and inspections and safety observation tours directed by the base manager or client
• Present all Lifting operations
Requirements
• The Lifting Supervisor will need to have 10 years experience in lifting activities as foreman and also a Valid LOLER Certificate.
