Job description / Role
• Receive all required documentation related to the import of goods as per Kuwait Customs requirements.
• Ensure containers arrive at sea and airports.
• Ensure all invoices are received.
• Ensures all relevant shipping documentations are correct and received from suppliers before shipments arrival date in destination.
• Tracks the shipments from the loading date at POL till the destination (POD).
Requirements
• Bachelors in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
• Proven experience of 2-3 years as Logistics Coordinator.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
• Computer knowledge with a working knowledge of logistics software
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
