Job description / Role
Client is a regional leader in architecture and engineering with a reputation for delivering some of the GCC's and MENA's most iconic projects. Their success has come from their commitment to quality design, having cultivated a client base of the region's leading private and governmental developers.
As part of their long term growth strategy, my client are looking for talented MEP Project Manager to work directly under the company's Head of Supervision. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and shape their career with the company as they work on some regions leading projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• All MEP activities including co-ordination with Consultants during design, review of design, review of tender documents, award of contract, Monitor and supervise the executions.
• Design and coordination of all MEP engineering disciplines including tender documentation.
• Day to day operation of the site that relate to MEP design review and construction
Salary:
KWD
2,000 to 2,300
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 15 years + post graduate experience
• A proven track record of working as a MEP PM for engineering consultants in the Middle East
• Experience on high-rise developments would be an advantage
• Design review, supervision and site operations experience
