Job description / Role
Quest is working with a successful F&B chain based in Kuwait looking for a Multi-Unit Manager. We are ideally looking for someone with strong background in the daily operations of an F&B or Restaurant business.
As the Multi-Unit Manager, you will:
- Manage daily operations of multi-site restaurants
- Ensure the achievement of restaurant KPIs and financial objectives
- Lead, manage, train, and coach restaurant managers and staff
- Ensure compliance to government regulations and company set standards and policies
- Prepare regular sales dashboards/ reports and gather key insights for senior management
- Support company marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Should be willing to relocate or be based in Kuwait
- At least 3-5 years’ operational management experience in the Restaurant / F&B industry
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, auditing, and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership skills and can deal with different levels of employees
- Very good communication skills and has the ability to motivate others
- Can operate POS (point-of-sales) systems
