Online Trading Manager - The Body Shop - Kuwait

The Online Trading Manager drives the success of the eCommerce division through the effective merchandising and trading of products online for the brand in multiple operating markets and regions. While performing your duties you will also be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of eCommerce merchandisers.

Requirements

* A university degree
* 5-8 years' experience in ecommerce product/category merchandising, ideally in a PLC in the retail sector
* Multi-channel retail experience
* Exposure to eCommerce at a senior management level, including both strategy development and implementation
* Leadership and formal line management experience with the ability to set direction and motivate a team to achieve excellent results
* An analytical mindset with strong numerical skills
* A good understanding of competitive positioning, management of commercial processes, and maximisation of business opportunities.
