Online Trading Manager - The Body Shop - Kuwait

This role provides an experienced senior ecommerce product/category merchandising manager the opportunity to scope, plan and manager the online strategy for a designated brand's ecommerce sites across multiple regions. You will lead a results-driven online brand team to achieve budgeted sales and profitability objectives ensuring effective digital marketing activity at all times. Requirements

* A university degree
* 5-8 years' experience in ecommerce product/category merchandising, ideally in a PLC in the retail sector
* Multi-channel retail experience
* Exposure to eCommerce at a senior management level, including both strategy development and implementation
* Leadership and formal line management experience with the ability to set direction and motivate a team to achieve excellent results
* An analytical mindset with strong numerical skills
* A good understanding of competitive positioning, management of commercial processes, and maximisation of business opportunities.
