Job description / Role
As an Operations Manager for Make Up Store, you will be responsible for the complete operations ensuring a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction through extensive product knowledge and outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Develop the yearly Business Plan and budgets and ensure timely implementation.
- Conduct to the Board periodical market analysis and performance reports.
- Accountable for the company's bottom line profitability and driving sales and market share.
- Manage and improve the performance of the Brand, and introduce new brands.
- Avail training programs for the sales staff and ensure high customer service standards.
- Control performance by developing and monitoring the business Key Performance Indicators.
- Introduce operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation and controls.
- Manage the Stores and ensure proper operations (merchandising, visual display, staffing.(Etc.)
- Negotiate with supplier, handle the development of brand, take lead of product selection and purchase orders based on sales forecasts.
- Control overhead expenses and ensure efficient operation.
- Actively seeks out and exploits any additional opportunities to promote sales, market analysis, promotional strategy, margin Management.
- Carries out all loss prevention activities as defined by their stock loss action plans and seeks to improve staff awareness of stock loss issues.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts and resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
