Job description / Role
- Setup the production machines as per work order given by factory manager.
- Ensure all production norms, checks, guidelines are followed as stipulated in the procedures & work instructions.
- Keep production equipment in perfect operating condition, including ensuring implementation of the preventive measures.
- Warn quality control engineer regarding any defect or disturbance in production and co-ordinate with quality inspectors for process and finished product quality controls.
- List process parameters at predetermined frequency.
- Order materials from stores as per daily production schedule. Raise store requisition and obtain approval from factory manager.
- Advise operators/workers for factory working and take remedial action to rectify this if any problem arises during operations.
- Check the factory operations are safe for operators as well as for the safety of factory against fire, damage, or any other hazards like rain, storm etc.
- Keep the factory and equipment clean and tidy all the times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Engineering
- Minimum 5 to 8 experience in GRE/GRP Pipes & Fittings Production/Supervision
- Experienced with the different production technologies of GRE/GRP pipes especially filament winding.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills

Sulaiman Al-Qudaibi Co. for Pro. of Black Steel And Galvanized Profiles, was founded in 1995, and is the only manufacturer of hollow section steel pipes & sheets in Kuwait.
The Technical Company for Kitchen & Laundry Eqp. , was founded in 1982, and is Kuwait's sole agent for several reputable Kitchen & Laundry equipment brands such as Zanussi, Zeyko, Facar, and Primus. Still, more to come.
Sulaiman Al-Qudaibi Co. for Resin Products , was founded in 1996, and was the first to produce Vinyle Ester resins in Kuwait, the Arab Gulf and the Middle East.
