This fast-paced and diverse business environment provides unique challenges. In addition to this is the continued expansion of the business and the need for divisions such as IT to change, develop and stay ahead to better serve both our customers and our internal stakeholders.

Our eGroup Division has put in place a multi-year business and IT transformation framework and is looking for IT Programme Managers to play a key role in the improvement and innovation of IT with Alshaya.

We are looking for candidates with significant experience in successfully leading large teams (50+ headcount) to deliver end-to-end IT related projects and programmes on an international level. You will have extensive experience in partnering with SIs and software vendors during RFQ/RFP processes and deployment. Using your knowledge of application technologies such as ERP, advanced planning, EPOS, analytics, digital/ECOMM, CRM, cloud, mobile, networking, SaaS, PaaS you will have accountability for the successful set-up, delivery and transition of corporate-wide, ambitious projects to drive effective enterprise application and technology transformation. An in-depth understanding of delivering against information security policies and procedures is also essential to this role.

Requirements

Change management, Agile and Prince 2 experience is critical and an ITIL certification is an advantage and whilst experience in the retail industry is not mandatory it would be preferred, as would experience in working with distributed and offshore IT organisations. To work across our complex business we require candidates who are used to working within matrix structures in international organisations.
