KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

This is an opportunity to join KEO International Consultants as a Project Administrator. The primary responsibility of Project Administrator is to assist our Project Management division in Kuwait with the implementation of all tasks required for the successful operation of the department. This includes; development of systems and processes, issuing of design reports, presentations, brochures, data bases, schedules and other administrative duties.

You will likely have trained as an Architect and have 15 years of experience to include managing/planning mixed-use and marine projects.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Strong time management and organization with excellent English communication skills.
- Office Management and Project Management with knowledge in the design and construction industry.
- Good knowledge of Document Control.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Professional, Photoshop, SharePoint, Visio and Buzzsaw.
- Strong team leadership with good soft-people skills essential in communicating directly with clients, consultants, agencies, local authorities, the design review team and other KEO staff.
