Job description / Role
Major EPC client in Kuwait requires a Project Development Manager for their Power business.
Minimum of 10-15 years experience in the Power projects are the following:
- Development of BOT/PPP projects in power.
- Market analysis for selection of partners and advisers.
- Negotiate project development agreements with partners.
- Review of project and finance agreements including EPC and O&M contracts
- Coordinate preparation of pre-bid basic engineering package.
- Coordinate development and review of project financial model
- Prepare risk identification and mitigation matrix
- Coordinate bid preparation and submission.
Requirements
Preference will be for bilingual Arabic & English professionals and candidates MUST have an Engineering degree
