Job description / Role
- Responsible to complete assigned projects within the time, scope, and budget that agreed with the client
- Evaluate existing systems and procedures making recommendations for improvement
- Provide conceptual designs that best fit the client's needs and budget.
- Provide advice on the management project
- Identifying solutions to solve client's problems and streamline processes.
- Carry out risk assessment and ensure the project objective s are met within the quality standard
- Monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines and procedures are maintained
- Oversee the accounting and costing
- Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
Requirements
- At least 20 years experience in Construction Sector
- Good exposure in Airport project
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Posses skills in Project Management, Planning, Supervision, Staffing, Developing budget, Performance management
- Preferably based in Kuwait or any GCC countries
