A leading Regional Engineering Consultancy has an immediate requirement for x 2 Design Project Managers to be based in their expanding Kuwait Office
The successful individual will manage the design of large mixed use developments of 200 million USD plus in Kuwait and beyond.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Management the projects from a design perspective from inception to handover
• Manage key client relationships
• Prepare relevant reports such as design reports and minutes
• Financial control of projects
• Utilizing relevant software
Requirements
To apply for the role you should meet the following criteria:
• Be degree educated in relevant discipline
• Have PMP Or other project management qualification
• Have a minimum of 15 - 20 years’ years design project management experience
• Have experience of large mixed use developments at 200 million USD plus
• Have previous experience in the GCC
• Be fluent in Arabic
• Be fully proficient in verbal & written English
• Must be client facing
• Good financial control and management skills
