Project Manager - Projects & Property Development - UAE
H&M is our biggest fashion brand in MENA and this exciting role within the Property Division calls for an experienced architect or retail property designer to lead on new stores and rebuilds for both H&M and COS (Collection of Style). Not only will you be fully immersed in the H&M and COS store requirements but you will also have exposure to the varied build protocols for countries across MENA.
We are looking for an organised, detail-orientated and flexible retail property project manager who can travel around the region working on multiple refurbishment and shop fitting projects. This is a unique opportunity to work within the Property Division of one of the Middle East's leading retail franchise businesses whilst focusing on a world-famous brand across multiple countries.

Requirements
You must be an experienced retail property manager who has in-depth knowledge of the H&M brand.
