Our Home Furnishings Division offer professional advice and solutions on design and interior decoration, for every room in the house. All our stores are among the most inspiring and trendy within our markets and are setting new high standards for customer service, personalised interior style and best value for money. Our portfolio of brands includes Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Teen and Pottery Barn Kids as well as the modern West Elm and the iconic brand Williams-Sonoma. Our first home furnishing store opened in Kuwait in June 2010 and we now have more than 25 stores across 5 markets.

As Regional Visual Merchandising Manager for our Home Furnishings division, you will be responsible for managing the visual merchandising and store teams in your designated area. By delivering on effective commercial visual standards (including store layouts and window displays) you will support marketing initiatives and thereby contribute to the achievement of brand sales targets.

You will also be tasked with implementing processes and procedures that will deliver best practice across all stores in your area and creating and maintaining excellent team and cross functional working relationships in order to achieve your targets.

Requirements

* At least 4 years' proven multi-site visual merchandising management experience
* Previous retail VM experience, preferably in Home Furnishings
* Knowledge of key visual merchandising processes and principles
* A strong understanding of VM guideline implementation.
