Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively an established renowned restaurant group who are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager to oversee their exciting new elevated dining restaurant due to open later this year. As Restaurant Manager you will report directly to the Director of Operations for the group.
Your main responsibilities will be to be the face of the restaurant, to manage the team and ensure the highest level of customer service to all guests at all times. You will build relationships with repeat customers and assist in making the restaurant a culinary destination in Kuwait. You will oversee all day to day operations including scheduling and staff training.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience working in a stand-alone restaurant of a similar high level. You must be an energetic, outgoing and confident manager, someone to drive the team to continually excel, always willing to go above and beyond. Due to the scope of the role Middle East experience would be an advantage.
