Job description / Role
This opportunity is for a restaurant manager of a fine dining Japanese restaurant. This person is responsible for the day to day operation of the restaurant. A desire to provide exceptional customer service in a luxury atmosphere is a must.
- Leadership presence and involvement in Shift Management

- Deliver the highest quality of food and beverage products
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards and processes
- P&L responsibility and accountability
- Inventory control (food & product cost)
- Lead efforts in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members; conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action, motivate and train the team.
- Ensure company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program.
- The ability to think as an entrepreneur
- He/she must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, desire to provide exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
Requirements
