Job description / Role
- Must have direct tire or lubes related sales experience.
- Dealing with fleet, distributors & dealer sales channels.
- Leading team meetings to identify, daily, weekly and monthly priorities and highlighting areas of improvements & enhancement.
- Developing & reporting on key metrics about operation and market demand and customer complaints.
- Plan & schedule business timelines & milestones using appropriate tools and tracking process.
- Pro-actively identify potential crises and leads the development of contingency plans.
- Strong track records in delivering results and holding customers goodwill.
- Aggressively visit customers and channel partners to develop business.
Requirements
- Degree from a premier institute
- More adaptable to Gulf environment
- Age 25-30; bachelors preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience with premium brands (India Tyre dealer experience is an advantage - MRF/Michelin/Apollo/CEAT/JK, etc) and Mobil Lubricants.
- Good written & communications skills
- Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
