Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role Profile:

Lead the analysis, insight, modelling and reporting of assigned projects and ongoing operations. Monitor ongoing performance and enable/give direction to corrective action/optimize ongoing business performance.

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

* Model and provide previous and current information to assist and enable department with reviewing performance
* Develop and Implement a scorecard for measuring the logistics performance of our operations and suppliers
* Provide analytical support to Logistics team for brand forecast review and performance improvements
* Actively challenge data when required
* Provide insight and analysis as to cause and effect
* Drive development of and improvements in current reporting processes
* Analyse and provide recommendations on how customer experience can be enhanced
* Develop and maintain a suite of accurate reports which covers both internal and external requirements
* Undertake focused analysis on specific projects
* Illustrate results, trends or conditions which impact performance

Knowledge:

* Degree and a recognized qualification

Requirements

Experience

* High performing analyst with minimum 5 years' experience of building, managing and reporting out of relational databases
* Logistics and Supply Chain experience is a must
* Minimum 2 years in a lead role is expected

Skills:

* Highly PC literate and advanced in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
* Able to provide insight and analysis from large amounts of data
* Able to work across multiple data sources to provide 1 coherent version of the truth
* Excellent communicator across verbal and written platform
* Ability to influence through analysis
