Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for creating, implementing and following up the processes of developing Oracle ERP solutions and overseeing a team of (senior) Oracle ERP consultants
- Responsible to lead the implementing of Oracle Financials across Agility’s business groups, the implementation tasks include:
- Responsible for coordinating with entities to ensure smooth flow of monthly and year end closing
- Responsible for application enhancements and adding new features and options that facilitate the business process
- Revisit all the financials modules functionalities and prepare the gap analysis to be provided to business to approve the changes
- Develop the AS-IS and the future business process
- Lead the financials team for any Oracle Application related project
- Manage multi-cultural and multi-lingual team which may be virtual in nature.
- Manage the workflow and resources of the team to meet targets in line with guidance from direct Manager.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years Oracle experience, with specific expertise in the Finance Modules including recent hands on experience in at least 3 of the following Finance Modules: GL, SLA, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and eBTax
- Ability to manage multiple resources and teams as well as manage the overall Oracle program
- Experience in working with and collaborating in the efforts of a large offshore team, both technical and functional
- Communication skills: excellent client interaction skills, strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
- Experience with SQL and ADI is preferred but not required
- Experience in multi-country multiple operating units and multi-currency environments
- Experience with multiple Legal Entities
- Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
- 3 or more full cycle implementations including: Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support
- Strong understanding of ERP project methodology and the ability to describe the methodology to clients and develop and manage project plan against that methodology
- Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently
- Previous work experience within a Management or IT consulting firm
