The Role:

Working as a Senior Marketing Manager with Alshaya offers unique challenges and opportunities. The retail industry in MENA is thriving and with opening of new beauty and cosmetic brands each year this is a fast-paced market and role to be part of. Social media is growing across the region, this is a challenging and dynamic role where growth and innovation are fundamental.

This opportunity gives you accountability for the development and delivery of your brand's positioning across the MENA region , focuses on monitoring and analyzing sales and market trends, developing the right strategy, exploring ways of improving existing activities and offers, increasing profitability, preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets, producing reports, monitoring results, delivering objectives, supporting and managing a marketing team.

Also within the scope of the role is research and strategic planning, target setting, PR, events and social media activity. As the senior leader of the department you will bring together the host brand, customer service, CRM and brand teams across multiple countries to achieve your objectives.
