Site Project Controls Manager
Multiple Locations in Middle East and CIS
Up to 12,000 USD depending on experience
Rotation – 65 days On/14 days OFF, Single status

Exciting Site Project Controls management role with an international company who are famous for their EPC projects in the Oil and Gas industry!

As the Site Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for all project control activities at the Site including contracts and procurement, planning, cost control, document control, Information Management and Technology and all necessary administration support during the all the phase of the Project.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Develop systems and procedures for Project control functions on the onset of the project and as and when there are additional requirements from the client in order to facilitate the process of project monitoring.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project planning team to develop, implement and maintain the project controls procedure, project schedules (level 1-4), and reporting systems specific to project.
- Monitoring progress of the work for timely execution of the project through weekly/monthly reports with respect to review of the overall project. Progress monitoring on a regular basis and resolve any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts.
- Attend internal and external progress, coordination and any other meeting as required.
- Provide an independent assessment and quality check of deliverables and reports especially progress, cost and schedule forecast, variation and payment claims.
- Direct and coordinate the integration of the Planning & Scheduling and Cost Analysis initiatives at the project site
- Establish and manage an approved project baseline budget.
- Provide thorough project schedule and cost performance reporting including performance metrics, analysis, trending, and forecasting
- Schedule and lead performance review meetings on behalf of the site

Salary:
USD 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree is essential, Master’s Degree is highly preferable.
- 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Experience with cost and schedule systems used for major international EPC contracts.
- Experience in Site planning and execution.
- Shut Down projects experience highly preferable.
- Must have managed Project Value of around 2b$ and above.
- Experience in all elements of EPC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow up.
- Professional conduct and a mature approach to all situations.
