Store Operations Manager, Avenues Phase III, Kuwait

You will focus on leading operational excellence within the store and ensure all procedures are commercially managed to drive the highest standards in store. You will manage the delivery of all back of house aspects of the store including; stock control and deliveries and ensure the shop floor is effectively supported.

- Support the Store Manager with all policies and procedures to streamline and safeguard the front and back of house.
- Manage the shop floor efficiency through operational support roles i.e. Cashiers or Runners to ensure they are effectively supporting the sales floor and enhancing customer experience and sales.
- Manage the Stockroom and all related policies and processes i.e. deliveries (potentially overnight), dispatches, inventory etc.
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the Asset and Profit Protection function, influencing service delivery and minimising loss.
- Work closely with Department Managers regarding stock issues, such as deliveries.
- Cascade company communications to all members of the store team and lead by example when embracing brand message.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Previous experience of people management
- Technical proficiency with SAP and MS applications
- Proven commercial awareness and ability to problem solve
- Previous experience in a similar stock management role
- Physical fitness, as there will be regular manual handling of Stock.
