Job description / Role
The Surface Well Testing Manager is responsible for directing the delivery of services to the clients customers with an attitude and application of exceeding expectations in every job.
The position also ensures that the Operations department is supported via the exceptional maintenance and readiness of all tools and equipment utilized to serve our clients. The position directs the SWT, in adherence to fulfilling service delivery in a safe, timely and efficient manner, via compliance to the clients mission, vision, and standards in serving clients.
The position shall continuously ensure cross-departmental communication within the client to allow the dissipation and action on developments within the organization. The Operations manager key responsibility is the effective and efficient utilization of the clients resources in all overseas service deliveries, directing of set-up, relocation and utilization thereof.

Requirements
- Candidates must have more than 10 years experience.
- Middle East experience advantage.
- Must be fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills.
Candidates will be reporting to Chairman & Managing Director within the Management Department.
