Talent Manager (Kuwait)
Client is based in Kuwait and looking for an experienced native Arabic speaking Talent Manager. Ideally you would be based in Kuwait, the second option would be to relocate to Kuwait which the company will support with.
- You will help design and implement talent management processes and systems to develop a consistent talent pipeline within the organisation.
Requirements
My client is looking for a Talent Manager for their operation in Kuwait. The ideal candidate would have the following;
- 8-10 years Talent Management experience
- Native Arabic speaker
- Experienced with succession planning
- Learning and development
- HR Degree/Masters
- Excellent communicator
