Tax - Compliance - Senior Consultant

Job description / Role

A full-time position in the Tax practice provides you with the opportunity to work within a department covering an arena which is growing ever more complex.

Your role as a Tax Senior Consultant includes (but not limited to) the following tasks:
- Performing various Tax services for clients in different industries, review the analysis and documents necessary for the tax inspection.
- Attending corporate and payroll tax inspection.
- Handling tax assignments.
- Reviewing of the withholding tax calculation to ensure correctness.
- Preparing reports.
- Presentations and tax consultations for delivery to the client.

Requirements

- A strong academic background with a good Bachelors degree in finance/accounting or taxation from a reputable university
- A tax, accounting or legal professional qualification is necessary (e.g. ACA/CA, CTA etc)
- Minimum 5 years work experience
- Fluency in written & verbal English communication is essential
- Presentable, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- A self- motivated, confident and hardworking individual
- Able to demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member
- Ability to work and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Strong data handling skills and the ability to gather information and present it in a professional manner.
- Contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members
- Proactively seek & provide guidance, clarification and feedback;
- Flexibility, adaptability and effective prioritization skills.
