Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World <br><br>Tool and Parts Attendant- TMDE Coordinator<br><br>Monitors the TMDE program throughout the contract regional areas to include offsite locations.<br><br>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:<br>- Identifies TMDE. Maintains an accurate TMDE program to ensure TMDE readiness is above 95% and delinquency rate is below 5%.<br>- Formulates projection list and schedules delivery of TMDE for periodic calibration to TMDE Support Center.<br>- Informs all sections of deficiencies within the TMDE program.<br>- Maintains up-to-date Army Regulations, Technical Bulletins, and Standard Operating Procedures.<br>- Prepares and submits TMDE CDRL reports as required.<br>- Acts as liaison between TMDE Support Center, the Army, and the contract.<br>- Contacts manufacturers to obtain calibration procedures, when necessary.<br>- Ensures all sections adhere to set Army standards and company policies and goals for TMDE.<br>- Monitors Master list (IMRF and CDRL) and TMDE excel file for accuracy.<br>- Provides supervision, quality assurance, technical guidance, training of subordinates, and coordinates the activities of TMDE support elements.<br>- Maintains files IAW ARIMS. Conducts TMDE inventories as required.<br>- Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions<br>- Performs other duties as assigned.<br><br>Education:<br>- High school diploma or equivalent required.<br><br>Experience:<br>- 1-3 years' experience as TMDE Support Specialist or equivalent position required.<br><br>T1 NACI or higher in DISS or G2 required<br>Ability to obtain SAAR approval for NIPR access to USG STAMIS required<br><br>Specialized Knowledge and Skills:<br>- Must have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.<br>- Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written English communication skills.<br>- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.<br>- Must be able to write effective Work Instructions.<br>- Must have strong organizational and planning skills.<br><br>Certification & License:<br><br>Work Environment, Physical Demands & Mental Demands:<br>- Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.<br>- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.<br>- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.<br>- Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs.<br><br>Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
