Job description / Role
Process & Audit:
- Conduct periodical audits on the process for Sales & Service Division branches - evaluate compliance level towards processes and principals standards.
Non-Technical Training:
- Prepare annual training plan according to principal guidelines.
- Conduct soft skills training for Sales & After Sales staff.
- Conduct new products training for sales staff for all brands.
- Prepare quarterly action plan for Sales, Service Advisors according to quarterly CSI.
CRM:
- Manage and monitor CRM activities with regards to customers' feedback and complaints through contact channels (i.e., phone calls, mail, internet, etc.).
- Monitor the service appointments booked by customers.
- Maintain and manage healthy customers' database for entire KAICO organization.
- Analyze CS reports and recommend the required action plan to improve the performance of Sales & After Sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years related local experience.
- University graduate.
- Work with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Transferable work visa #18.
- Available immediate
